Natasha Harding 

Natasha teaches adullts hatha yoga, pregancy yoga and baby yoga at her home studio in Kings Hill.

She runs her classes on a pay as you go basis so you only pay for the classes you attend. Natasha teaches at all levels from beginer to the more experienced. Her classes are enjoyable fun and she always makes you feel at ease.

Natasha is also  available for 1:1 tuition.

Mel Smith             

Reflexology is the method of applying gentle pressure to the reflex points on the feet or hands to clear energy pathways that may become blocked due to the stresses & strains of everyday life.Check out Mel’s website to find out the many benefits of reflexology.

Some people use reflexology as a preventive therapy to prevent a condition re-emerging, to
maintain a balanced state and symptoms reoccurring.
You don’t need to have a reason to have a reflexology treatment; the experience is pleasurable and
can simply be given to revitalise the body.
